Sell the tickets. Scan the gate. Count every kwacha.

Nexus Ticketing sells tickets for any kind of event, then checks them at the door on phones that keep working when the network drops. Every sale and every scan lands in one report the next morning.

One platform

Any event with a door and a crowd

You set up your own venue, gates and ticket categories. The same system runs a football match, a concert or a conference.

Sport

Football, netball, athletics. Entry and exit lanes for match day.

Concerts and shows

Categories from general to VIP, with a gate for each section.

Conferences

Delegate check-in at the door and re-entry between sessions.

Festivals and fairs

Several days, many gates, big crowds and weak signal.

Everything else

Galas, launches, workshops, church and school events.

Why organisers switch

Every gate has the same three problems

Paper stubs, screenshots and cash boxes work until the crowd is bigger than the plan.

Fake and shared tickets

A photo of a ticket looks like a ticket. At a busy gate nobody can tell the original from the copy.

With NexusEach ticket has its own code. The second scan of the same code is refused.

Networks that fail

Venue signal drops exactly when the queue is longest, and every online-only scanner stops with it.

With NexusThe ticket list is on the phone before doors open. Scans are stored and synced when signal returns.

Money that goes missing

Cash at the counter, sales on phones and people through the gate rarely add up on the same night.

With NexusSales, scans and till totals sit in one report, so a gap shows up as a number, not a rumour.
How it works

From setup to closing time

1
Before the event

We set it up with you

Venue and gates, ticket categories and prices, sale dates. Your team gets back-office logins with the right roles.

2
On the day

Staff scan, fans walk in

Gate staff scan on an Android phone. Green means go, red means stop. Signal can come and go.

3
After the event

You get the numbers

Sold, admitted, no-shows, duplicates and till totals by gate and by staff member, as a PDF or CSV.

What is in the product

Built for match days, concerts and conferences

Offline gate scanning

The ticket list lives on the phone. Each scan carries a unique ID, so a retry after a dropped signal never counts twice.

Syncs when signal returns

Entry and exit lanes

Pass-out holders can leave and come back without burning the ticket. Exit scans admit nobody.

Many organisations, one platform

Each organiser sees only its own events, sales and staff.

Audit log

Who did what, and when. Entries cannot be edited.

End-of-event reports

Sold, admitted and totals by gate and staff member.

Counter sales and till check

Sell at the gate, then compare what each person sold with what they handed in.
